Common questions
- Can I upgrade mid-period?
- Yes — you keep your existing tier until the period ends, and the new tier's quota starts at the next renewal. Stripe prorates the difference automatically.
- What happens to my quota if I cancel?
- You stay on your tier until the end of the period you already paid for. Generations during that window are still free. After the period ends you fall back to single-scaffold (€27) pricing.
- What if I run out of quota?
- Either pay €27 for one more scaffold or upgrade to Agency for 100 per period. Your existing scaffolds stay available either way.
- Is Agency really unlimited?
- It's a soft cap at 100 per period. Above the cap the queue throttles to one scaffold in flight at a time and we'll reach out at 200 to check what you're building.
